Professor Jerald Feinstein

Prof. Jerald Feinstein serves as Dean of Training/Mentor for Africa Polygraph Network.

Prof. Feinstein is a retired professor and an International expert/consultant in emerging security technology with a focus on national and military intelligence, national databases, electronic weapons system development, computer security, corporate intelligence, and large secure telecommunications systems for military and civilian requirements.  His clientele included the US Department of Defense, Office of the President of the United States, foreign governments, national leaders, top Fortune-100 companies, as well as US and foreign intelligence agencies. He has authored over 500 technical papers, journal articles, and appeared in interviews, chairing large international technical conferences, radio appearances, university Dean and professor in areas of national intelligence, computer security, and telecommunications.

His previous professional positions included running a number of Strayer University campuses as Dean with a major focus on training police officers in criminal justice programs in areas of computer science, computer security, telecommunications, and network security.  He also served as the Vice President for Academic Affairs and Director of Education at American InterContinental University (AIU) in Florida, and Associate Dean in the College of Engineering & Information Sciences of DeVry University.

He served as instructor providing a success-oriented environment for online and ground-based corporate, non-traditional, operatives from U.S. intelligence agencies, and military students with a focus on computer security, ethical hacking, telecommunications architecture design, radar design, databases, artificial intelligence, and related areas while forging partnerships with universities around the world.  He has worked with the US government to train the police, military, and private security groups in a wide array of programs with a focus on Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Criminal Justice, Media Production (Film and Audio), and Security-related Game Development, as well as Forensic Business and Accounting.

He is the Founder and Chief Academic Officer for Planet Startup Inc., which is a global NGO that coaches and mentors young adults in starting their own companies in developing and marginalized regions of the world.  He is also the Managing Director of South Florida Educational Consultants.
